The Medical Institution ensures respect for the privacy of MedPortal users.

Visiting this site alone does not automatically register any personal data that identifies the user. However, the use of certain content or services may require users to provide personal data.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of MedPortal - Physician and Patient Portal and regulates the collection and processing of personal data provided by users, as well as the exercise of their rights regarding this data, in accordance with the current Personal Data Protection Law.

The Medical Institution is the entity responsible for collecting and processing users' personal data.

The Medical Institution assumes that the collected data have been entered by the respective owner and that their insertion has been authorized by the same, being true and accurate.

In accordance with the law, the user is guaranteed the right of access, updating, and rectification of their personal data, as well as the right to object to their processing, by written request addressed to the Customer Support Service of the Medical Institution.

- The communication is made within the scope of fulfilling a legal obligation, a decision of the National Data Protection Commission, or a court order;
